Key Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent knowledge of internal controls, corporate accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, while monitoring compliance with all financial regulations.
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and improve financial efficiency.
• Assess and manage financial risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate audits and financial reviews, ensuring compliance with ICAN/ACCA standards and best practices.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management for effective business planning.
