Our client, a top player in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry, seeks to hire for the role of Sales Manager. Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier in a retail/showroom environment.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of financial systems and POS (Point of Sale) software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and refunds, accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash registers.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payment methods, and financing options.
• Assist in maintaining a secure and organized cash handling process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Support the showroom team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and sales documentation for customers.
• Ensure the cash register has adequate change and balance it at the start and end of each shift
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth billing and inventory management
• Verify product serial numbers and warranty details before processing payments.
