Our client, in the Estate Survey and Valuation Industry, seeks to hire Estate Surveyors.

Requirements:

• BSC/HND in Estate Management or any related discipline.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in asset valuations, landlords and tenant administration.
• Good communication skills.
• Good relationship skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scouting and Sourcing for Properties for Letting, Management, Valuation and Sale.
• Identify potentials and follow through till the close of deal with the Prospective Tenants, buyer etc.
• To develop new business relationships by sourcing for briefs on Property, Letting, Sales, Management.
• Maintenance of Management Properties, supervising field workers and subcontractors.
• Procure new jobs from new and existing clients.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions or reports.
• Maintaining an accurate record of income and expenses on property.
• Valuation Inspection, field survey and report writing.
• Carrying out regular inspections of management properties and the occupiers to enforce the agreed terms.
• Attending site management meeting.
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
• To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business.
• Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.
• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure.
