Key Requirements:

• HND/BSc in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years as a graphics designer
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
• Demonstrated experience through a portfolio of previous design projects showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.
• Keen eye for details, ensuring designs are polished, professional, and error-free.
• Ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Understanding of branding principles and experience creating brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for digital media, print, and marketing campaigns, including logos, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop visual content that aligns with brand messaging and project goals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
• Balance and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Refine designs based on feedback from team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Keep up with current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects and maintain a competitive edge.
