Job Requirements
- BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the industrial chemicals industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the industrial chemicals sector, such as Paints, Soaps, and Food industries.
- Building a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Cultivating strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable chemical solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and data insights.
- Providing feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product enhancements.
