Senior Engineer Injection Molding

We are hiring a Senior Engineer Injection Molding for a Manufacturing company. Job Requirements

HND/BSC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience
Well-versed in troubleshooting and maintaining Ferromatic injection molding machines (PET/HDPE).
Expertise in clamping systems like ramp toggle.
Proficient in reading mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematic engineering drawings.
Relevant career experience in the electrical maintenance field.
Adherence to OEM maintenance manuals.
Auxiliary experience with chiller dryer, air compressor, and Gen Set is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and maintenance of Ferromatic injection molding machines (both PET/HDPE).
Reading and interpreting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematic engineering drawings.
Installing and commissioning molds.
Setting core sequences for products requiring core pull and push.
Working with IML molds and robotics.
Collaborating with team members and maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
Following OEM maintenance manuals.
Utilizing auxiliary equipment experience (chiller dryer, air compressor, Gen Set) as needed.
