• Minimum of 5 years managerial work experience.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Software skills such as MS Word and other accounting software.
• CIIN Certification is an added advantage.
• Preferably a Male.

• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in insurance software and tools, such as policy administration systems and CRM platforms.
