Our client in the Agro Industry seeks to hire for the role of Quality Officer. Job Requirements:

• OND/HND in Agriculture or a related field.
• Proficient in working independently to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of effectively collaborating with team members at all levels.
• Willing to undertake domestic travel.

Key responsibilities includes:

• Perform daily quality tests on Agro-Produce from farm gates.
• Check quality standards upon arrival for processing and shipments.
• Conduct visual inspections and identify alterations such as clusters, foreign odors, and color discrepancies.
• Conduct conclusive analyses on the quality of production.
• Ensure timely, consistent, and informative reporting on quality assessments.
• Develop effective methods to monitor and control wastages in production.
• Ensure that agro-products maintain quality conditions throughout processing and shipment.
