Our client in the Chemical Manufacturing Sector is Looking to fill the role of a Business Development Officer.
Job Requirements
- B.sc in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience in sales of polymers and chemicals in the Eastern Nigeria Region.
- Proximity to Onitsha.
- Ability to communicate in the Igbo language is required.
- Design frameworks for new products and customer development.
- Engage in new customer development and new product development.
- Visit all manufacturing units, responsible for sales and collectibles.
- Identify market trends and potential opportunities.
- Promote commercial or industrial products.
- Improve products.
- Identifying methods to increase productivity and company operations
- Communicating potential changes with shareholders and other business leaders
- Preparing marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements to promote products.
- Coordinating events with other departments within the organization, to help generate interest in the company’s products.
- Analyze data to determine potential clients’ needs and interests, which may involve conducting market research or contacting clients directly.
- Ensure that the company can achieve revenue targets.
