Our client, a manufacturing company seeks to hire for the role of Fermentation Operator (Executive).
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the fermentation process in the distillery.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and compliance is maintained as required.
- Verify raw materials availability related to the fermentation process (like Yeast, enzymes, nutrients and chemicals etc…), Equipment readiness, Utilities, Personal Protective Equipments for Hygiene practices, manpower availability based on the production plan and take corrective actions as required.
- Operate and control the fermentation process and its parameters using a PLC/DCS system.
- Monitoring of fermentation process operating parameters, In process Quality parameters of the product, and process water consumption on a shift basis.
- Process troubleshooting by following proper documentation practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
