Our client, a manufacturing firm seeks to hire for the role of Instrumentation Technician
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or ITI in Instrumentation.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in Distillery/ Sugar/ Manufacturing.
- Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.
- Monitor and maintain records for scheduled, preventive, and breakdown Instrumentation maintenance.
- Prepare breakdowns and downtimes, to identify the root cause and implement the CAPA to avoid the recurrence.
- Address deviation and change control effectively, working with cross-functional team
- Execution of Scheduled Preventive maintenance as per timelines.
- Prepare breakdowns and downtimes, to identify the root cause and implement the CAPA to avoid the recurrence.
- Critical Spare list and safety stock shall be maintained at any point in time.
