Our client a manufacturing company seeks to hire for the role of a Mechanical Technician.
Requirements:
- BSc or equivalent in an Engineering course.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 relevant experience.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of 5’s, CGMP, ISO.
- Daily checks and recording of all preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Screw Air Compressor with daily checks and readings; Diesel Generator- battery condition, daily logs, water and diesel level; TSE including Mixer, Vacuum Pump, Temperature Control Unit, Vibro Shifter, Palletizer, Kneader, Water ring Die Face Cutter, Dryer and Pulveriser machine; Injection Molding, Filter test machine, Hydraulic press, Two roll mill machine, Blown film machine, Dust collector; Cooling tower and pumps; Forklift.
- Maintain inventory level in Engineering Store.
- Maintain the quality of water for production purposes as per required standard.
- Implement proper record keeping of diesel consumption daily and monthly.
