Our client a manufacturing company seeks to hire for the role of an experienced Procurement Officer

Requirements:

• BSc or HND degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge and experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain material requisition from various units for all items.
• Ensure stock movements in coverage locations are above the standard minimum level at all times in order to avoid OOS (Out-Of-Stock) and monitor the items’ Re-Order level.
• Compile material usage trends to identify excessive usage/waste, ensure economy utilization of items, and provide reports.
• Provide procurement solutions and product research in order to identify items that meet the specific requirement with efficient performance.
