Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement with proven experience in inventory management and vendor relations.
- Preferably from the Manufacturing environment and exposed to Project procurement.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support procurement strategies.
- Obtain and process material requisitions from various units, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of items.
- Oversee inventory levels to prevent Out-Of-Stock (OOS) situations, monitor Re-Order levels, and ensure stock availability.
- Conduct regular evaluations and visits to assess vendor performance, maintain effective communication, and ensure vendor compliance.
- Evaluate and select suppliers to optimize the procurement process, conduct product research, and implement cost-saving measures through ROI analysis.
- Ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery of items by managing the order tracking system and resolving any delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procurement processes, prepare detailed reports on inventory status, procurement trends, and supplier performance.
- Resolve administrative issues affecting procurement efficiency, optimize procurement processes, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Controller or Business Head.
