Our client needs a suitable candidate to fill the role of Regional Centre Manager. JOB REQUIREMENT

• B.Sc in any Social sciences-related courses.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in the social services industry.
• Experience in the capacity development industry is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of office suite.
• Must be able to speak Hausa effectively.
• Not more than 42 years of age.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Overseeing the northern center, and its operations.
• Stakeholder and relationship management
• Coordination of programs and activities following the mission and goals of the organization.
• Consistently innovating programs in the strategic direction of the organization.
• Developing long-term strategic goals and managing implementation.
• Project management, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Managing a team with diverse talents and responsibilities.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Timely project reporting and program risk management.
• Developing and managing strategies in line with the goals of the organization.
