Our client, a plastic recycling company seeks to hire for the role of a Fabrication Welder Requirements:

• Prior experience welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use variety of tools and equipment, heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes and familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding TIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals
• Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment
• Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols.

Responsibilites:

• Test output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds and produce strong, clean welds.
• Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output.
• Fabricate and manufacture metal parts for later assembly.
• Evaluate all engineering drawings and ensure implementation according to welding specifications.
• Provide assistance to production process and mould various fixtures.
• Assemble old units and perform modification and repair work if required.
