Our client, a manufacturing company seeks to hire for the role of Distillation Operator (Executive). Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree in sciences or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in Distillation operation in Distillery
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.

Responsibilities:

• Verify CIP chemical availability related to Distillation operation, Equipment readiness, Utilities, Personal Protective Equipments for Hygiene practices, and manpower availability based on the production plan and take corrective actions as required.
• Monitoring of Distillation operating parameters, In process Quality parameters of product, process water, DM water and steam consumption on a shift basis.
• Operate and control the Distillation and its parameters using a PLC/DCS system.
• Process troubleshooting by following proper documentation practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Coordinate with the cross-functional department for materials and process requirements to achieve the budget plan.
