Plastic Recycling Company

Our client a plastic recycling company seeks to hire for the role of a Utility Engineer (Gas Generator, Compressor and Boiler).

Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in an Engineering course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of facility technology, system troubleshooting using root cause analysis tools, CAPA and change controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in the daily operations of the unit and review the Mechanical and HVAC design documents for cGMP compliance and constructability.
  • Ensure that the contractor liaises with the Utility Authorities for the relocation of utilities and/or other authorities, contractors or consultants who interface with the project.
  • Ensure that the utility maintenance standards are maintained to ensure safe and reliable operations.
  • Ensure that due care is taken while machines are operated and coordinate with OEMs’ in case of machine breakdown.
  • Ensure EHS compliance of the utilities/power equipment (including safe and environmentally compliant operation).
