Our client, a manufacturing firm seeks to hire for the role of Instrumentation Technician

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or ITI in Instrumentation.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in Distillery/ Sugar/ Manufacturing.
  • Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain records for scheduled, preventive, and breakdown Instrumentation maintenance.
  • Prepare breakdowns and downtimes, to identify the root cause and implement the CAPA to avoid the recurrence.
  • Address deviation and change control effectively, working with cross-functional team
  • Execution of Scheduled Preventive maintenance as per timelines.
  • Prepare breakdowns and downtimes, to identify the root cause and implement the CAPA to avoid the recurrence.
  • Critical Spare list and safety stock shall be maintained at any point in time.
