Our client, a Manufacturing company seeks to hire for the role of Technician and WHR Operator

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ITI Mechanical with second or first-class boiler operator certificate.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant experience in the Distillery /Sugar /Manufacturing field.
  • Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor all equipment on the Boilers, Steam System, and Water System. Perform all the duties in the control room. Maintain proper water chemistry.
  • Know how to start and stop boilers and the WHR in a safe and efficient manner and bring them on and offline
  • Regularly monitor the plant’s Air Quality and take corrective action to prevent violations
  • Control and operate any piece of equipment in the power plant (both manual and remote) and execution of schedules preventive maintenance as per timelines.
