Maintenance Manager

Our client a manufacturing company seeks to hire for the role of Maintenance Manager.

Location: Ota, Ogun State.

Job Type: Full-time.

Requirements:

• BSc or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years relevant experience.
• Good time management, planning, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the maintenance team, assign work areas to them, and ensure that safety norms and regulations are adhered to.
• Review the performance of all staff within your department, and identify training necessities for them.
• Ensure that the machinery and equipment are being used to full capacity to ensure that production is optimum and there are no breakdowns or disturbances in the production process.
• Oversee the care and management of all the company’s physical assets and facilities in the factory.
• Conduct regular inspection and repair of the breakdown machinery in the factory in a cost-effective manner and keep records of all service maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery.
• Manage timelines and work priorities and allocate resources to meet the assigned factory timelines and goals.
