Our client, a manufacturing company seeks to hire Production Supervisors.

Location: Ota, Ogun State

Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
  • BSc or HND degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
  • Must be self-motivated and hardworking and result driven.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure physical and workforce resources are adequate to meet the shift’s production schedule.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned personnel or functions and operations of an assigned production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved and also
  • Manage the activities of assigned production personnel including workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
  • Execute Company-wide initiatives, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, and a mentorship approach in developing shift leads and high-potential personnel.
