Factory HR Manager
Our client a manufacturing company seeks to hire for the role of a Factory HR Manager
Location: Lagos State

Requirements:
- BSc or HND degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
- Good knowledge and experience in the use of quality management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly build good working relationships.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
Responsibilities.
- Source CVs, shortlist applicants and coordinate interviews, selections, and placements as required.
- Liaise with managers and supervisors to prepare job descriptions for newly created jobs and update organization charts and existing job descriptions.
- Interpret HR policies and labour legislation for factory managers and supervisors.
- Monitor and enforce implementation of staff leave.
- Give input in the computation and communication of annual merit increases to employees.
- Undertake regular audits of the factory to ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are adhered to.
