Human Resource Executive

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Nigeria seeks to hire an experienced Human Resources Executive.

Location: Ibadan, Oyo state

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
• A minimum of B.Sc./HND in Human Resource management or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience
• Experience in the manufacturing/FMCG sector desired.
• Good knowledge of standard HR practices
• Professional Certification is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and selection at all levels with the ability to use multiple tools and strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Effective management of HR processes throughout employees’ employment cycle
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Design, manage, and conduct performance reviews.
• Employee Relations and management of grievances.
• Provide clarity to all employees and their roles in relation to the overall vision and goal of organization.
• Ensure a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure balance in representing business interests and managing the employees.
• Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws.
• Ensure management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Develop creative HR initiatives for the company.
